Get Upside Down

Saturday - 25.01.25  2 - 4pm

Would you like to try standing on your hands,  instead of your feet?

Join me and have some fun exploring a completely new perspective! This workshop is a great opportunity to start your journey with inversions. There will be work against the wall so you can get used to holding your body weight on your arms, You will work with partners and there will also be n opportunity to explore headstands. The workshops will close with some cool down stretches for shoulders and wrists and at the end there will be opportunity for questions.
