ENDLESS ENQUIRY

Becoming a yoga teacher was the best decision I have made. I started like everyone else by joining my local yoga studio for led classes of Ashtanga Yoga. I fell in love instantly with this practice. It gave me, strength and confidence in my body and mind. It helped me with getting to know myself,  and showed me how connected we all are. And I gained wonderful friends for life.

For almost two decades I have been practicing and studying Astanga and the body, i am a qualified masseur. We practice to live a better, fuller and more expansive life. Over the years, my teachers have taught me how to pass this transformative knowledge and wisdom on. May we always empower one another and grow

19 years later i still love it. Being a student is extremely important to me, I know that’s the time for me to go inward and stay present ? Through my teaching I want to share that love for the practice of Ashtanga Yoga and help my students to discover their potential through movement and most importantly through breath. If you would like to practice with me please book at arccollective.co or contact me via Instagram or email me

MY JOURNEY

My journey to Ashtanga yoga began 19 years ago. I’m deeply grateful to have stepped on this path. I have a daily practice under guidance from my teacher whose wisdom and support is extremely important to me.

As a teacher, I aim to share what I’ve learnt over the years. I create a safe, inclusive and understanding space for my students to explore and embrace their journey. My teaching style melts the tradition of Ashtanga with playfulness. I prioritise safety and secure adjustments.

I teach Guided Self Practice of Ashtanga Yoga and Led Ashtanga classes.

A SAFE SPACE

The space we practice in, the yoga shala, is a safe space, a supportive, welcoming, non-judgemental space. The energy carries you. It is where the magic happens. You are always better when you practice.

You will be looked after. I remember your practice. What you want from this practice. Why are you are here. Regardless of you abilities, or restrictions, I look after you personally, as individuals.

It is not easy to understand the magic until you are in the room. Always this moment of samadhi. The feeling of. The body is the container a vessel that lets us express or feel ourselves.

Your practice is the expression of you. It is a gift to yourself. The most selfish time. At this time you are the most important.

  • Beginners are always welcome. You can come to a led class which happens on saturday morning, or you can come to self-practice every morning monday to friday. I will introduce you to the Astanga sequence and guide you through the postures.

  • You can come every day. If you want build a self-practice and for it to be sustainable for a long time, it is recommended you come 2-3 times a week to gain the strength and discipline.

I recommend you choose the same days of the week so your body can have a routine and learns the rhythm of the practice.

  • Wear anything comfortable that does not restrict movement. Students wear anything from leggings/ vests/ shorts and t-shirts and vests, and barefoot on the mat.
